dandelion
when i was young, i thought dandelions were pretty flowers. i learned at some point that dandelions were weeds not flowers. and i think i was disappointed. now i don't care. i like them anyhow...

Dandelion are very useful plants. Their milk (from the broken stem) cures warts and the young leaves are full of vitamins and minerals and very good for mixed lettuce salads. Just don't go picking them by the side of the road.

btw, is there a separate comment specifically for the picture? I was a little confused.
