ok - rode into work today. as is often the case after the first few minutes, i was struggling - it was chilly this morning, ic could still be in bed, or sipping on coffee - instead i was out on my bike,,, but a mile or two into it - it got good and there is no better feeling in the world...maybe it was endorphins or something - who knows...
on the way home half way home i hit the proverbial wall...but i worked thru it. calling home is not an option. i mean, would lance call for sheryl to pick him up. so i sucked it up and made it home...
