1978's little feat's - waiting for columbus is a favorite of my for many reasons:
great, great music from a great, great (and underappreciated) band
it is perhaps the best live rock record ever
it has the coolest cover ever
it is a reminder of days gone past...i mean this only could have been made during the 70's - a vastly underrated decade
i didn't go to my high school prom (loser or pathologically shy - you be the judge) and instead, i bought this record
i've been listening to the reissued extended version, which, to paraphrase an old kip hanrahan lyric, takes it from world class to heaven.
