so far, so good. had a nice lunch with my wife yesterday. had a wonderful goat-cheese ravioli dish with a spicy tomato sauce that almost tasted like a curry sauce - yum. also, had a huge grey goose martini that had truffles in it...mid-day drinking on a friday is about as close as i get to living on the edge and it was fun...
please, however, i need your help. despite being spring break, i have a lot of work to do: grading midterms, planning second half of the semester, homework in the class i am taking, documenting a project i worked on, preparing a paper on electronic portfolios for possible publication, grant proposal (on blogging, nonetheless), simulation on identifying bacteria or something... sounds like a lot, but really each task should only take a few hours. i actually woke up real early yesterday and made a big dent in my grant and homework. this is where i need your help. if you see about 10 posts a day describing what great tricks i am busting in tony hawk's underground, or see a bazillion photoshopped pictures of my trees on my photoblog, politely drop one of the following comments: "how's the paper coming?", "finish the xml for the bacteria simulation?", or "post those grades yet?". it will be much appreciated, even though i might respond rudely.
already had my first setback - don't have a copy of the simulation with me, so will have to go into the office sometime to get it...well, at leat this will give me a chance to come up with really sick moves....
